The Little Mermaid Wedding Theme Inspiration

For those of you dreaming of having a wedding like Ariel and Eric had at the end of the movie, The Little Mermaid, here is the inspiration.

It's located on a beautiful, golden cruise ship in a warm weathered paradise. Inside the cruise, everything  is very royal, fancy, and old fashioned.

You want to have creamy white and light pink flowers for the table decoration and for the bride's bouquet. Light pink, creamy white, and gold are the main colors of the wedding and look absolutely stunning with this particular theme.

Additionally, I picture there being white candles with golden candle holders on the table. Even the chandeliers would be golden with white candles.

Ribbons and bows go well with this theme. You may want to add light pink or creamy white silky ribbons to the invitations, chairs, tables, flowers, or cake to give it a cute look.

To be exact, I know that in the movie, the cake was white with some light pink frosting and ribbons. To get her exact dress, have a sweet heart neckline and make sure the long sleeves have big puffs at the shoulders.Wear diamond teardrop earrings and don't forget your golden tiara!

Inspiration for a Colorful Garden Wedding Theme

Imagine getting married in an enchanted garden. There's a cool breeze, the flowers smell so sweet, and butterflies flutter through the air. The garden is full of wonder. As you walk down the aisle, you notice vibrant colored ribbons, flowers, decorations, and lights all around you. There is a bright glow of all the vivid colors of the rainbow. It really is a wonderland.

In the evening, dinner and dancing takes place inside of a colorful neon flower filled banquet hall. As you walk out the back door of the banquet hall, there is gorgeous landscaping. Continuing along the path, you notice that you stand on a bridge that goes over a mystical stream. The plants as well as the fountain are all lit up with colorful lights. There are also lanterns lit up outside for decoration and a firework show at the end!

I'm very inspired by the garden from the Disney movie, Alice in Wonderland. So, I created a compilation of pictures to inspire a colorful garden theme.
